Important Credentialing Reminder for SoonerSelect Providers

Effective July 1, 2025, all SoonerSelect Contracted Entities began using Availity as the single point of submission for provider credentialing applications. Providers were provided one year to complete the credentialing process, with a final deadline of June 30, 2026.

All providers participating in SoonerSelect must be fully credentialed by June 30, 2026, in accordance with state, federal, and NCQA requirements. Providers who do not complete credentialing by this deadline may be subject to termination from the Oklahoma Complete Health SoonerSelect network.

Action Required

Credentialing applications must be submitted and finalized through Availity. Providers who have already submitted an application should monitor their email for notifications from Availity requesting additional information, if applicable.
