Oklahoma Complete Health is the statewide managed care health plan running the SoonerSelect Children’s Specialty Program.
The Children’s Specialty Program is specifically designed for the following members:
Children involved in:
- Current Foster Care (FC)
- Former Foster Child(ren) up to 25 years old (FFC)
- Custody with the Office of Juvenile Affairs (OJA)
- Home placement under court supervision
- Participating in Family Centered Services (FCS)
- Receiving Adoption Assistance (AA)
Parents and/or Guardians of children participating in:
- Foster Care
- Family Centered Services
- Trial reunification
- DHS custody or court supervision.
Former foster children, those with a prevention case, and those receiving an adoption subsidy can enroll in another managed care plan if they choose.
