Oklahoma Complete Health is proud to be the statewide health plan for all eligible SoonerSelect Children’s Specialty Program members, including: 

Children involved in: 

• Current Foster Care (FC) 
• Former Foster Child(ren) up to 25 years old (FFC)
• Custody with the Office of Juvenile Affairs (OJA)
• Home placement under court supervision 
• Participating in Family Centered Services (FCS)
• Receiving Adoption Assistance (AA)

Parents and/or Guardians of children participating in:

• Foster Care Family Centered Services
• Trial reunification
• DHS custody or court supervision.  
• Former foster children, those with a prevention case, and those receiving an adoption subsidy can enroll in another managed care plan if they choose.
