Updated CVS Flex Information, OTC

Historically, some over-the-counter (OTC) products have been included on the state’s formulary; however, not all products needed by members are covered or in stock. To address these gaps, we have implemented an OTC Value-Added Benefit. This benefit provides $30 per member, per quarter to support access to OTC products.
Beginning 7-1-26, OTC in-store benefit has expanded to more than 1,100 participating retail locations. Members can view the full store list at www.cvs.com/benefits.
The OTC catalog will also be expanded, offering a broader selection of eligible items.Members may request a physical OTC card by calling 1-800-445-6466 to shop at participating retail locations.
Alternatively, members can continue to order items online at www.cvs.com/benefits or by phone (1-800-445-6466) for direct home delivery.
