Date: 02/19/26

Oklahoma Complete Health has earned the Health Outcomes Accreditation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). Combined with its NCQA Health Plan Accreditation earned in August 2025, these accreditations reflect Oklahoma Complete Health’s continued focus on quality improvement, care coordination and improving health outcomes across the state.

“Oklahoma Complete Health is committed to improving the health outcomes of the members and communities we serve,” said Oklahoma Complete Health CEO and President Clay Franklin. “We are proud of the work our teams and provider partners do every day to ensure our members receive coordinated, high-quality care to support their long-term health.”

NCQA Health Outcomes Accreditation recognizes organizations that use standardized data collection and measurement to understand their population's unique health needs and address differences in health outcomes, experience or access.

“At Oklahoma Complete Health, we use a data driven approach to identify and support the needs of our members,” said Oklahoma Complete Health Vice President of Population Health Dr. Keisia Sobers Butler. “This accreditation recognizes the systems, processes and partnerships we have in place to address medical and social drivers of health across Oklahoma.”

NCQA is an independent, not-for-profit organization dedicated to assessing and reporting on the quality of managed care plans, managed behavioral healthcare organizations, preferred provider organizations, new health plans, physician organizations, credentials verification organizations, disease management programs and other health-related programs.

“Earning Health Outcomes Accreditation shows that an organization is making a breakthrough in providing excellent healthcare to diverse populations with different needs. I congratulate any organization that achieves this level of accreditation,” said President and CEO of NCQA Dr. Vivek Garg. “Eliminating disparities in healthcare is essential to improving the quality of care overall.”
