Oklahoma Complete Health donated $5,000 to Legacy Parenting Center to help provide diapers and essential supplies to families across Pottawatomie and Seminole counties. Diapers are as vital to a baby’s health as food and shelter, yet nearly half of families cannot afford them.
“At Oklahoma Complete Health, we believe that every child deserves a healthy start and every parent deserves the support to thrive. Diapers are a necessity,” said Oklahoma Complete Health COO Christopher Cameron. “By partnering with Legacy Parenting Center, we’re helping to ease the financial burden for families and transforming the health of our communities.”
This donation will help relieve financial stress, promote parental resilience, and ensure babies can participate in early childhood education—allowing parents to work and thrive.
“We are blown away by the partnership that has formed with Oklahoma Complete Health through their Season of Giving,” said Legacy Parenting Center Executive Director Lacey Holt. “From countless volunteer hours at the center and special events, to this generous donation, it all adds to help us build stronger, healthier families through our Family Resource Center. Thank you, Oklahoma Complete Health, for all you do for Oklahoma families.”
Legacy Parenting Center distributed over 379,000 diapers in 2024, serving nearly 1,000 families with resources and education.
