Oklahoma Complete Health Expands Access to Vital Community Resources Through FindHelp

Date: 11/03/25

As many Oklahomans continue to face challenges meeting basic needs, Oklahoma Complete Health is helping connect individuals to vital support through FindHelp, a free online platform offering access to more than 4,000 community programs statewide. From food assistance and housing support to transportation and employment services, FindHelp is designed to make it easier for people to find help close to home. This initiative reflects Oklahoma Complete Health’s ongoing commitment to addressing social drivers of health and improving community wellbeing.

Transportation is often a significant barrier for members seeking access to food distribution sites and other vital community services. To help overcome this challenge, Oklahoma Complete Health provides non-medical transportation, ensuring members can reach the resources they need. Members should contact their care manager or a community health worker for assistance with social drivers of health resources.
