Supporting Members Impacted by Storm Damage

Date: 04/24/26

Supporting Members Impacted by Storm DamageOklahoma Complete Health has been closely monitoring the
recent severe storm damage across Oklahoma and is actively supporting members and employes who may be impacted. The health plan serves close to 4000 members in the impacted Enid area.

During times of emergency, access to care and essential services can be disrupted. Our priority is ensuring members continue to receive the care and support they need.

Member Assistance
While we are making proactive outreach to covered members, members who need assistance with medications, transportation, or access to health care services are encouraged to contact member services at 1-833-752-1664. Our team is available to help coordinate care, address disruptions, and connect members to appropriate resources.

Pharmacy Information
Oklahoma Complete Health has already implemented the automated processes that apply to Governor-declared states of emergency, allowing early pharmacy refill overrides for members in affected counties or ZIP codes. The pharmacy billing code SCC 13 supports state of emergency overrides for displaced members due to events such as hurricanes, fires, earthquakes, or war. Pharmacies may still process 3-day emergency overrides in impacted areas not covered by the state of emergency. Pharmacies may also contact our pharmacy helpdesk (open 24/7) at 1-833-750-3660 for processing assistance.

Resources
In addition to health plan support, state and community resources are available to assist individuals and families impacted by the storm

This includes:

  • 211,  provides access to local
assistance such as shelter, food, and emergency services.
  • Be a Neighbor, an online resource to
connect individuals to community-based support by ZIP code. Visit https://oklahoma.gov/ohca/beaneighbor.html.

Oklahoma Complete Health remains committed to supporting members during this time and encourages anyone impacted to  reach out for assistance.
