Renewal of Coverage Eligibility

Don’t risk losing your SoonerSelect benefits. 

Renewing your SoonerSelect eligibility is as easy as 1, 2, 3. 

1. You should receive a letter from Oklahoma Complete Heath a few months before your SoonerSelect anniversary, explaining how to verify your eligibility.
2. If you are eligible for SoonerSelect, you can continue your coverage or choose another plan. If you are no longer eligible for SoonerSelect, you can explore our Ambetter and Wellcare options.
3. If you don’t receive your letter or are unsure of your anniversary date, contact Oklahoma Complete Health.
